From the date of purchase, your drum is fully protected for one year. Should anything unexpected happen—whether it’s a hardware failure, a structural issue, or any other defect—you can send the drum back to our shop and we’ll personally restore it at no cost to you. We’ll even reimburse your shipping, because your Radius snare deserves to be cared for without compromise.
